Description

Pre-Menstrual Syndrome is a combination of ailments (i.e. a syndrome) that occurs during the time period prior to Menstruation. Symptoms are usually absent during the week following Menstruation, but can appear at any time during the two weeks (most commonly during the last four days) preceding Menstruation, and then decline at the beginning or in the first days of the period. I have to tell you an experience I've had with
one of our Mrkt America products in the last
month. One of our Isotonics products - IsoChrome
- has a really special ingredient in it called
CoQ-10 (Coenzyme Q-10). We've been recommending
it to people with heart disease because it just
does incredible things for heart function. We
also recommend it to diabetics because it
helps tremendously with their blood sugar problems.
The fact is that everyone's body makes
CoQ-10, but the older we get, the less of it our
bodies make (and we need it). When they have
studied people with poor heart function, they have
found that they are usually very deficient in
CoQ-10. We have some testimonials from people we
know who have had incredible results with
it. Anyway, Sue (my sister) started taking IsoChrome
about a year ago because of her energy problems.
Sue has had terrible problems with her menstrual
cycle for as long as I can remember. The older
she got the worse her problem got. For a couple
of days every month, she almost hemorrhaged. It
made it extremely difficult for her to leave home.
Now, I'm talking about a 30 year problem here.
She has also been troubled with cysts in her
breasts-a very painful condition. When she started
taking IsoChrome, her menstrual problems quit.
Her periods are extremely light now and have been
for over a year. Not only that, but her cysts in
her breasts went away. Well, I don't have any serious
problems like that, so I continued to think that

My period was much lighter than usual, too. I have to

too-just like everyone else who is getting older. Now

regulation also. And since my dad died because of heart
disease, and both of my grandmothers were diabetic, I've

OPC#3 is the answer to menstrual problems in my book.
From PMS to D(during) MS, all the way through
P(post)MS. I noticed a difference with my period
'symptoms' the second month after taking OPC#3. It made
a difference in my cramping, discharge, bloating,
weight gain (those couple extra pounds from water
retention), and in my emotional state during the
PMS stage. It took my sister a few months longer
to recognize the relief she was having (her husband
noticed first--she doesn't cry as soon as he looked
at her anymore!)

6/26/2001 I had suffered from sever Menstrual Cramps
for as long as I know, the kind of pain that will
literally kept me curl up in bed and not able to fuction
normally for one weekout of every month for 20 years.
When I went to see an OBGYN to find out why, they
couldnt find anything abnormal, so all they could give
me was either pain killer or birth control pill.
Personally I do not want to relied on pain killer or
birth control pill. So I suffer!About 2 years ago, My
boyfriend's friend introduced OPC#3, Multivitamin and
Oxygen Plus to him to help with his allergy, so he said
that I should try it too So I did, and when that time of
the month came I told my boy friend I'm going to take a
break from the ritual of drinking the supplement for fear
of the cold water that might cause cramps. Well, my boy
friend insisted that I should take it anyway
(very braved of him!) So I took it and thinking that "YOU are

going to deal with my pain now!" Guess what, I didn't get to

said that to him! and not only that I actually feel better!!

Now my daily ritual of vitamin supplement
consist of 2 capfull of OPC#3 1 c/f of Isotonics Multi-tec, 1 c/f

drink it and waite at least 25 minutes befor I have breakfast.
