Description
Asthma is a type of Respiratory System Ailment that is characterized by spasms of the Bronchial Tubes, Coughing and excessive excretion of a viscous Mucous in the Lungs that can lead to difficult breathing. Asthma is considered to be an inflammatory condition. It is often associated with a stressed immune system response and triggered through allergies both airborne and often overlooked but most important - dietary sensitivities.
Isotonic Supplements

What are they ?
Isotonic Supplements are a group of specialised supplements - vitamins, anti-oxidants, minerals etc which by their very nature mimic a body fluid when mixed correctly. This Isotonic fluid enters into the stomach, where Isotonic receptors recognise this as their own fluids and allows them free passage into the small intestines. Once they hit the small gut, due to their osmolarity (an ability to travel from a high concentration to a low concentration via a semi permeable membrane - remember this in high school ) they enter into the bloodstream within 10 minutes with an absorption rate of about 95%. Taking normal supplements in tablet form does not even come close to the power and efficiency of using isotonic supplements... not by a long shot.
For Asthma we would suggest that you try the following - Clicking onto the link takes you to the retail site.
OPC3, & the Anti-Oxidant. Take 1 dose of each twice daily - preferably morning and night on empty stomach for 60 days, then reduce to 1 dose daily in morning 10 minutes before breakfast. Increase to a double dose for a few days if you have any symptoms. (High dose will last 3 week, maintenance dose will last 6 week.)
General Foods and allergens to avoid include dairy products (plain yoghurt accepted), alcohol, soft drinks, caffeinated teas and coffees, chocolate, MSG, Food additives, especially preservatives, airborne aggravant's especially cats, horses, dust, pollens and industrial fumes, incl petro-chemicals. Start to eat lots more wholegrain sourdough breads, Lean meats, and especially fish, vegetables, max 2 pieces fruit daily, and 6-8 glasses of filtered water daily ( incl herbal teas)
These dietary suggestions are not conclusive and will need perhaps more specific clarification, depending on the clients needs.
